Shipping & Returns

We take great care in packaging every piece for safe transit. All furniture and objects are professionally wrapped and crated when needed.

Lead times & processing — Bespoke: up to 4–8 weeks production time after order confirmation, plus delivery time. Ready pieces and limited editions: 1 week processing, plus delivery time.
Costs — Delivery costs are separately calculated and quoted (depending on dimensions, weight, and destination) and are subject to your approval prior to shipment. Notify us of any access restrictions (stairs, elevators, etc.) for accurate quoting. Pickup at the studio is available by appointment, free of charge.
Methods — We deliver ourselves, or use trusted specialized carriers. Tracking provided upon shipment.
International shipping — We ship worldwide where feasible. The customer will handle customs, duties, VAT, and import clearance.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, we have a limited returns policy:

Ready and limited-edition pieces — Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in perfect condition. The client covers return shipping costs. Refunds (minus original shipping fees) issued to original payment method after inspection.
Bespoke and commissioned pieces — Because each piece is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable.
Damaged items — Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion (we cover return shipping for verified defects).
Warranty — Pieces come with a limited warranty against material or manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper care.
